Coo Chew Games explores the world of games, with a bent towards the niche and the retro, in exploring new and innovative user interfaces and experiences. This has included renovating the input of text adventures by constructing working sentences from spinner wheels and using voice-driven assistants; taking games using assigned keys to direct touch controls and taking concepts and bending them into a circle.
The games also branch into areas of pen and paper; delving into Sole role-playing games.
The name comes from trying to think up something no-one else has used while on the ASIC website as Apple had demanded an ABN to allow games to be available on their App Store.
This website is about trying to keep the games written for now redundant platforms alive and having somewhere for people to learn more about the games themselves and where to find them.
